Every day starts with a new beginning and every new beginning has new things to learn. Outgoing with friends is the best thing to do to have a good day and make it a memorable once. The day of Sunday 25th of August 2019 started in that manner. I would not say that this is a tour with friends this is a tour with the family which I made during the 3 month period of Amal academy.

A tour was planned by some of the best fellows of our little family they have managed everything very well. We were told to reach Amal at 7:30 a.m. so I reached there on time so no one is late due to me. We started walking towards the coaster. We seated on the seats waited for some of our fellows for a little then started our journey.

We first went to Old Anarkali a.k.a Food Street some of our fellows joined us there and we ate our breakfast which is well arranged by Mr. Usman Butt and Mr. Salman Ahmed. We have the traditional Lahori food. We had a huge fun while having our breakfast. After we finished our breakfast our journey again starts.

This time we reached Shahi Qila Lahore. On the way to our destination we made a huge fun in the bus. Although the space in the bus is not enough still we managed to have some steps of dance with our jolly personality Mr. Usman Butt. We sang song and shouted for the whole way from Anarkali to Shahi Qila. It was a great fun.

When we reached at Shahi Qila we were all boosted up to have a huge fun there but in a very short time we were all tired and full of sweat due to extreme weather. Mr. Hussain who is also known as Kashif in our fellowship decided to be our guide at Shahi Qila. He started telling us the historical importance of the things there. When we reached at Deewan-e-Khas everyone was drained out we decided to sit there for a while and have some pictures. During that rest we decided to not to go anywhere else due to severity of weather. We decided to play a game in which we have to guess the name of the movie. We played for a time then we started to walk out. After there we went to the Badshahi Mosque. Due to lack of time we just went to the tomb of the National poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Then we headed towards the bus. We had to wait for a little because the bus driver had went somewhere.

Then we started for MM Alam Road to watch the movie “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark”. This movie is selected on the poll that is created in the Facebook group. Firstly we went to the wrong cinema by mistake but then we started towards the right direction. When we reached the cinema the movie is already starts so we settled on the seats. The most interesting and good thing is there is no one except us in the hall so now we can enjoy the movie as we can so we enjoyed the scary movie a lot and in the end it is a funny movie instead of horror and tension. After we finished watching the movie we headed out took some pictures, enjoyed, and gossiped about the movie. After this we started towards AMAL Campus but on the way back we were stopped by the traffic police because the bus is not of that route so we were challaned in the end and then we came back.

At AMAL we reached and everyone was tired. Everyone freshen up and started to do some stuff some of us started playing cards, some started joking and memorizing the tour memories. Everyone was happy and smiling then we were told that the dinner is ready and we can have it. So we all sat and had the dinner mean while Sir Awais gave us the Appreciation notes that he wrote for us with a beautiful gift in it. A key chain with the name of every student printed on it. Everyone was happy.

But then come the time to say Good Bye which is actually a See You Soon. But the emotions at that point were at its peak and many of the fellows started crying and some of us started to back up them that we were not going anywhere we were just a message away tell us and we will arrange a meet up.

So that is the story of the day that is well spent with some of the great persons. Although they stayed for a small time but left a great impact on my life.
